Khelo Bacho is a Pakistan-based online toy store specialising in educational and creative toys for children. These Terms govern your use of our website and any transactions made through it.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

Orders must be placed by a parent, guardian, or adult (18 years or older). By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

Products and Pricing

All products listed on khelobacho.com are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in colour or size may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of the product cost. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Orders and Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email. This confirmation means your order has been received — it does not guarantee acceptance. In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and refunded in full.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

EasyPaisa
Bank Transfer

Full payment must be received before or at the time of delivery. For digital payments (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer), orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across all of Pakistan. Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 2,000. Delivery timelines vary by location — details are provided on our Shipping and Delivery page. Khelo Bacho is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on damaged or broken products. Full details are available on our Return and Refund Policy page. We do not accept returns based on change of mind, colour preference, or buyer's remorse.

Intellectual Property

All content on khelobacho.com — including product names, descriptions, images, logos, and website design — is the property of Khelo Bacho and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Khelo Bacho shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

Our toys are designed for children aged 3 and above. Adult supervision is recommended for children under 5. Khelo Bacho is not responsible for misuse of products outside their intended purpose.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
