Safety
Are your toys safe for young children?
Yes. All our materials are non-toxic and child-safe, with no BPA or phthalates. The paints included in our kits are water-based and washable. Our products are recommended for children aged 3 and above, and we recommend adult supervision for younger children.
What ages are the toys for?
Our range suits children from around 1 to 10+ years. Large figures work well for toddlers, ABC and learning kits suit ages 3–5, detailed mini figures are best for ages 6–8, and bigger art projects suit ages 8 and up. Please supervise children under 5 during play.
Can my toddler use these kits?
Toddlers can enjoy our larger figures with close adult supervision. Small figures and parts are not suitable for children under 3, as they may pose a choking hazard. Always check the recommended age on your kit.
Will paint wash off hands and clothes?
Yes. Our paints are water-based and washable — they clean off hands with soap and water and wash out of most clothing.
Delivery
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 2,000, and orders to major cities typically arrive in 2–4 business days.
Payments and Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a full refund on the damaged items. A complete, unedited unboxing video is required as proof — see our Return and Refund Policy for details.
Using the Kits
How long does paint take to dry?
About 15–30 minutes for a normal coat. Thicker layers may take a little longer.
Can I repaint a figure?
Yes! Apply a coat of white acrylic over the old paint, let it dry, and the figure is ready for a fresh design.
