- Orders above Rs. 2,000 — Free delivery across Pakistan
- Orders below Rs. 2,000 — A shipping fee applies (shown at checkout based on your location)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, public holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Khelo Bacho is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. For digital payments (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer), processing begins once payment is verified.
You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched, along with tracking details where available.
Packaging
Every figure is individually wrapped and carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Our packaging is designed to keep your order safe from the moment it leaves us to the moment it reaches your door.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive the order, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
For COD orders that are refused upon delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from that account or address.
Damaged During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, our 7-day money-back guarantee applies. Simply contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged items, and we will process a full refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
